Thursday Cat thoughts
Famous Internet Cats
By Trouble Cat
Mr. Bailey and Miss Mattie have spoken n Thursday Cat Thoughts, so now it’s my turn.
I am Trouble Cat or T-Cat. I am the black cat who sits on the flat lotus. I am lucky the lotus color changes occasionally. If my attitude is a tad flat it’s cause my lotus is only 2D. I need some animation.
I am trying to get famous but they don’t let me speak my cat mind too often. Something about needing disclaimers and my “attitude” being kinda un-friendly and rude. Huh.
Whatever. Today, I am spreading some cheer.
So, here’s my Thursday Thoughts…whether you want them or not.
Here is my take on the famous internet cats of today.
I will admit, I am jealous but also astounded. How did they do it? Who did they pay for fame.
Grumpy cat gets to be miserable. She is the queen of memes and gets a lot of money to do so. Grumpy is also a girl. Go figure. P.S you need to be high on catnip and tuna juice to watch her TV specials. Just saying.
Little bub is tiny, adorable and hangs her tongue out. Yes, she probably drools but that won’t show up in her pictures. I think she may have a drool assistant. (I am offering my services. Her people need to call my people)
(I don’t have People yet, but I will find someone)
The cutest dog boo. Yes, he is adorable, even for a dog. I said “dog” on a cat webpage. DOG, DOG, DOG. Oh come on! Don’t get your cat tail in a bunch, he is actually the size of a small cat. This cute “dog” gets to put his fat head on a website and gets over 17 million views. WT….
Morris the Cat is dead. No, really, they’ve been through like 5 cats already. Besides, he is not an internet cat so we will move on. Rest in piece Morris(s) the cat(s).
Sam, the famous “eye brow” cat looks sad. He is bringing me down. Someone give him some tuna or a hug…please.
I know. He is not an internet cat, but Garfield the cat gets to eat lasagna- I am moving in with him. Get me a folk and a napkin. ( Get lil bub a napkin too)
Snoopy has the best tail ever. I am jealous.
Shironeko the “Zen Cat” lets people put food, a frog and snails on his head. Lettuce and carrots too! He missed his calling as a food tray.
Simon’s the cat gets it. He understands our world. He is also “flat” too, so he understands the 2D challenges we both have. He is lucky he get to be animated.
Maru the “famous” box cat sits in a box and gets 20 million hits. Miss Mattie destroys a box a week and gets one friend. Where’s the justice?
Garfi the cat has the world’s best sour puss face. He makes me want to hide behind my lotus. Seriously.
And here we have “MY” famous cats on Cat Box Zen.
Miss Mattie with her paw-popping ways. She thinks she’s a ninja cat. She also teaches us her not-so wise litter box wisdom. She is all about Girl Paw Power?
And then we have Mr. Bailey, the wise zen cat. He loves sitting on his cushion contemplating zen while he attempts to “train” Miss Mattie. He does this with a purr and a smile. And plenty of catnip.
So, here at Cat Box Zen, we may not be able to compete with cute cats, cute dogs or funny looking cat faces, but who can compete with us. Right?
No one. I said NO ONE.
For we are not in competition with all of the other cats, we are in cooperation. And we are happy for your accomplishment.
If you want to share some love, I would like that too.
As I said, your people need to call my people. Soon. This lotus is cramping my style.
Peace out. T-Cat!
