Friday Cat-Affirmation
Take a few moments to sit quietly and repeat these affirmation. Affirmations work on the subconscious mind, they help us to align to our purpose and true self. They’re best done daily for 21 days with a repetition of no less then 5. Record results and noted changes.
You can use them all as one or space them out to really sense the meaning. You can also just choose one that calls to you.
Either way, do this in the present moment, with good intentions and with a smile.
