Home is where the cat is
And with one more you get 4. Four is again a number of balance. Three was feeling indecisive for you; to much action energy, time to move again to an even number.
You were probably getting a tad twitchy and needed another cat to become more even. Four is grounding; stable. Life is stronger with four; four corner beam, 4 legs to a chair, 4 paws on a cat, four directions ( North, south, east and west) and four elements of fire, water, earth and air. Because there are four corners in a room, and four sides of a house, we associate the number four with solid foundations, more control and consistency.

Four is the element of home and making it feel like one. They always say, a house is not a home without a cat, or four cats. A number four would agree.
Word to the Cat-Wise
For those who like the even numbers, you could have a tad of OCD. If that is the case, then three cats may make you twitch your whiskers. Those who have four cats tend to be a tad more conservative in their views, sometimes to the point where even the thought of off-beat ideas makes no sense.
There is little “go with the flow” with a number four because that implies lack of control. Fours are left brain rational thinkers. They know that you need solid footing to make decisions and that anything that is not proven or real is not solid thinking. Fours don’t like using intuition or perception unless it can be validated. So, they must work hard at keep an open cat mind, it is important, otherwise you could make your foundation so rigid that it could lose its stability. That would be bad for a four.
Fours love being inside the 4-sided box where it is safe. Thinking outside of it is uncomfortable.

Four means you are wise, have good instinctual knowledge and you express your creativity by using your hands; fours are very tactile so they like solid material. Fours are loyal, like the regal lion so the cats, like the kids have a good stable home. Four is dependable, so your cat can count on you to be a good pet mom/dad. You are driven, determined and make decisions out of right/wrong as opposed to intuition. You are also consistent and supportive and take the time to listen.
Cats are good for you because they can “balance” that left brain rational side with a little cat perception and intuition. You can learn to go with the cat “furr-ball” flow, as you need each other more then you know.

Five is a visionary type number. No longer is there just earth, water, fire and earth. Nope, you have to add your own sugar and spice to magically combine them all to find that Sassy fifth element of Spirit!
You like to look to the stars (5 points). You see that 4 is just too balanced and too set in order. Five brings a surrender of convention to the mix; you break down the stable walls that number fours work so hard at building. You also break down the traditional 4 cat stability you had going on. If your cats are anything like their cat mom/or dad, they enjoy it too as five is a number of adaptability; we have five senses, five fingers and actually five elements as there is fire, water, earth, air AND spirit.

Your capacity for unconventional thinking can be a determent to cat like stability as you don’t like confinement or routine. You are independent in your thinking and want your cats to be independent too. Many number fives have indoor and outdoor cats. “Why confine the cat to 4 walls, he/ needs to explore and embrace their cat ways!” Just remember cats do need some stability.
Fives are free spirits who are sociable and love to be in the spotlight, but careful as the number five can bring independence to the point of being introverted. You have a bright light; use it wisely as it can burn others. Remember cats see better in the dark so stay balanced and dim your light once in a while so the cats can see.

Six Cats
The ultimate cat “mom”
Six is less about stability and values and more about home, love and harmony. It is a peaceful number that represents the ideal of the mom stereotype. Number six people are very appreciative, have solid family values and give unconditional love. Your cats and family will always be first.
A cat has 6 nipples and beer is in a 6 pack. There is a reason, and a number six understands why.
Sixes brings harmony, peace and a stability that is loving and less rigid. You like your box and realize they always have 6 sides (hexagram) and that the bottom is just as important as the top.
There is always a solution to any problem and you are the teacher.
Word to the Cat-Wise
You love harmony and peace and strive for that feeling, so when life is out of balance, you can get stressed easily. You are an emotional person who sometimes ignored or has a hard time dealing with inner issues. It is easier to help others instead.
Sixes don’t like to see others hurt, so when you saw there was a litter mate to the cat you were getting, you couldn’t possibly separate a cat family; so you took the cat home.

Seven Cats

Seven is another one of those inspiring numbers. Seven is a turning point number in many ways as it is a mystical number; Seven days of creation, the seven heavens, the seven planets known to the ancients, the seven notes in a musical scale, and the seven energy centers of the body known as charkas.

Seven is also a purpose driven number, so if you are truly a cat lover; you have found your Zen. Number sevens see the interconnection in everything. They love coincidences and get excited about the small inner connection to it all. Sevens “choose” to be seven for a reason.

You are a knowledge seeking person and a natural healer and will embrace alternative treatments. Many sevens are loners and like it that way. It is very important that you “know” your purpose and embrace it all the time. Make sure you balance it with fun and out-of-your-head activities. You need to exercise regularly otherwise you can have health issues, including being withdrawn or depressed.
Remember to poop-scoop your cat box and not just “think” about it too.
Sometimes what you are trying to express floats in your head and forgets to leave your mouth, making you quiet and reserved. It can make you appear distant. Many people won’t understand you reason for so many cats and your ability to express yourself can come across as a tad crazy-cat-lady like. Remain calm and use the power of the word as concepts are the best way to help others understand the love you have for your cats. If you express it the right way, they will have a new understanding that they will never forget.
